Who these terms are with

Pretty Woman Salon & Spa, No 13-1, Jalan RS 1, 71300 Rembau, Negeri Sembilan. Booking an appointment or accepting a treatment means you accept these terms.

Booking

Appointments are made by WhatsApp on 010-263 0952 or 013-431 4936. An appointment is confirmed only when we reply to say it is. A message that has been sent but not answered is not a booking. The form on our contact page writes that message for you and nothing more: filling it in reserves nothing on its own.

Walk-ins are welcome and we will fit you in when we can. For hair colour, rebonding, keratin, headspa, and any facial beyond the signature, please message ahead. These treatments need a longer slot and a therapist free to take it.

Prices

The prices on this site and on the wall of the salon are in Malaysian ringgit and are what we charge. Prices marked with a plus, such as hair treatment, scalp treatment, keratin, rebonding, and colour, start at the figure shown and increase with hair length and thickness. Hair prices are quoted from shoulder length.

We will quote you a firm price before any treatment begins. If the work turns out to need more than we quoted, we will stop and tell you before going further. You will never be charged more than the figure you agreed to.

Promotional prices run for the period advertised and while slots remain. They cannot be combined with another offer unless we say so.

Payment

Payment is due in the salon when your treatment is finished. Nothing on this website takes payment, and we will never ask you to pay a deposit through a link sent by message.

Cancellations and lateness

Plans change and we understand that. Please tell us as early as you can if you cannot make it, so the slot can go to someone else.

If you arrive late we will do as much of your treatment as the remaining time allows, at the full price. If lateness means the treatment cannot be done safely or properly, we will ask to rebook you.

Before a skin or scalp treatment

Tell us about allergies, skin conditions, recent treatments, medication including anything for acne, pregnancy or breastfeeding, and any previous reaction to a product. This matters for facials, chemical peeling, dermapen, BB glow, IPL, and both lasers.

We may recommend a patch test, and we may decline a treatment if we do not think it is safe for you. Declining is us being careful, not us being difficult.

Results

Skin, hair, and scalp respond differently from person to person. We will tell you honestly what to expect, but we cannot guarantee a particular result, a particular colour, or a particular number of sessions. Some treatments leave temporary redness, tenderness, or flaking, and we will tell you beforehand when that is likely.

If something about your treatment is not right, tell us within seven days and come back in. We would much rather put it right than have you unhappy.

Refunds

We do not refund treatments that have been carried out. Where something has genuinely gone wrong we will correct it at no charge, and we will discuss it with you properly.

Children and guests

Anyone under eighteen needs a parent or guardian to consent to their treatment. Children brought along to an appointment must stay with the adult who brought them, since the salon has hot tools, chemicals, and equipment out in the open.

Your belongings

Please keep your belongings with you. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in the salon.

Photographs

We sometimes photograph our work for social media. We will always ask first and you may say no without it affecting your treatment.

About this website

We keep the prices and details on this site as accurate as we can, but an occasional error is possible. The price we quote you in the salon is the one that applies. The site links to WhatsApp, Google Maps, and our social accounts, none of which we control.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction. Nothing here limits any right you have under Malaysian consumer law.
